Willow Fen - Ludham Bridge                   SLEEPS 6

This detached house offers total privacy and wonderful uninterrupted views across the  broadland landscape but extraordinarily  has the convenience of a Restaurant, Grocery Store, Craft Shop, Art Gallery, Boat and Cycle Hire within a couple of minutes walk. The River Ant is just 50 yards away and is one of the most popular of the Broads rivers. It offers some of the best fishing on the Broads, Summer or Winter! The owners have a six seater open wooden family or fishing boat which can be fitted with either a petrol or electric outboard motor for you. This can be hired by guests of Willow Fen for £25 per day. We can also arrange motor cruisers but need peoples requirements for this.

This is an ideal place from which to explore the Broads both by road or by boat! If Birdwatching is your thing you will hardly need to leave the comfort of the sun room or the garden...the house backs directly onto the broadland marshes and reedbeds! Or just sit and watch the colourful sails in the distance as the sailing boats make their way along the river.

Wonderful sandy beaches are within 30 minutes drive away. The amazing and relatively unknown Waxham Beach offers an opportunity for perfect kite flying and is a favourite locally.

Norwich Airport is just 30 minutes drive away. Wroxham Railway station is just 15 minutes drive away and arrangements can be made to collect visitors and transport them to Willow Fen.

2nd Double Bedroom - this room also has the added convenience of a sink - gorgeous views.

Please note the owners have been keen to make the bedrooms as flexible as possible and so there are a number of options on the arrangements of beds e.g. the single room downstairs could be made into a twin room or the double rooms into twins etc...please ask!
